Teta does not obey Nano
The Minister of Order sees it as impossible for the anti-crime measures plan to be implemented by August 10. Teta does not obey Nano. "With so many findings that there are many problems and that they require the proper time". Page 3. The signal "Life". BY ANTON AFERELA. A discussion about their possible agreement, publicly, through the media and not directly. The official date of the hoped-for reception by the minister of the "Nano" government is unknown, at the inauguration dedicated to nowhere and in order to achieve the goal. At the center of the minister's statement was the declaration made by the Minister of Order, Perikli Teta, who, through the press, explained that the anti-crime plan will not be carried out by August 10. According to Teta, a longer period is needed in order to successfully implement the government's plan. Thus, not even a week having passed since the government in the SP, one dares to openly oppose the Prime Minister's order. Thus, the problems have once again been left in place. The chief task of order and smooth functioning is once again left to the future. What remains in place are the problems: objections on the same roads have been reduced in time and, as a result, in the achievement of some of the government's plan. Thus, according to the Albanian minister, the analysis of the situation has shown that the action to correct the situation needs a broader plan. According to Teta's statement, another reason is the possibility of implementing police reform and territorial control. He has pointed out that the criminal situation is not yet under control. Therefore, the situation created has made impossible the objective set by the Prime Minister for August 10. In his assessment Teta can change the number of crimes, but not their nature. He makes this point by saying that the objective must be linked to an ongoing process and not to a fixed date. Meanwhile, the first political comments have been that Teta's statement constitutes an open challenge to Nano. Nano is not expected to publicly oppose him, but it is clearly seen that a clash between them has begun. In any case, this is no surprise to anyone, since Teta's attitude toward murders and kidnappings was and remains much darker than the optimism shown by the Prime Minister himself. In these last few days he has appeared several times trying to explain that the country is slipping out of the control of criminal groups, and that the government has begun to restore order. Teta, on the other hand, is more cautious. He has made it known that the operations require time and that the results cannot be measured immediately. For this reason he considers the deadline set to be insufficient. Speaking about the state of public order, he emphasized that the problem is not merely a police one, but is also linked to the functioning of the state and the cooperation of institutions. According to him, this makes it even harder to meet the objectives within a few days.
